Award of PKC11470 Broxden Consultant

Tender description

Perth and Kinross Council (PKC) is planning to develop a Low Carbon Transport Hub at Broxden. This project will include the expansion of the EV charging systems, installation of a Battery Storage unit and energy management system to manage and control the input of on-site generated renewable energy from Solar carports and manage and control outputs to support EV charging at the site. PKC is seeking consultancy support for the project to amend existing tenders and develop three new tenders between Feb 2021 and April 2021. In this consultancy, PKC is looking for support to update and amend existing tenders and in developing two new tenders for the new project outputs. Procurement Support Requirements: This quotation is being raised to source project support consultants that have a knowledge and understanding of the low carbon industry sector and market; in particular knowledge and experience in projects featuring renewable energy generation, battery storage systems and EV charging system technologies. To ensure that the project components are adequately specified to meet the requirements of the project.
