Tender description

Delivery Train Project & Jira Support x 2 based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, Currently working from home. Main duties include: • Provide co-ordination and project support to the delivery lead of the workstream • Develop and maintain the JIRA tool to ensure the project scope and deliverables are accurate and up-to-date • Ensure JIRA Advanced Roadmaps is developed and maintained across the dependant workstreams • Maintain, process & control documents that support product deliverables including plans, RAID logs, Agile backlog tracking & development, tests etc. • Assist implementation of best practice by promoting the use of Agile and SAFe working practices. • Assist delivery lead to plan, manage and report on all areas of delivery. • Support programme / project meetings: coordinate team members, record agendas and minutes, manage risks, issues and actions and report on outcomes.
