Delivery Train Manager x 2 based in Glasgow or Edinburgh, currently working from home. Main duties include: • Support the strategic development and implementation of Agile Release Train (ART) principles within the programme • Support the ongoing live delivery of the programme work streams within these ART across multiple work streams • Minimise any negative impacts on delivery teams through ART rollout • Support Agile teams in the delivery of the ART features/components • Coaching team members across the ART to ensure principles are known, understood and the transition to ART is consistent across the programme • Develop communications plan to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels across the programme • Ensure risk and escalation processes are in place to support the ART • Oversee governance and run appropriate ART forums/sessions (i.e. scrum of scrums, PI planning) • Provide input to the ongoing development of the Value Stream
