Tender description
<p>Harrow Council’s ambition is to support the local economy and in particular local businesses, to mitigate the effects of the Covid19 epidemic. The Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of an e-business support programme to local sole traders and those businesses employing between 1- 20 staff.
