Tender description

The Cork City Council Housing Programme 2021-23 (CCCHP) is a part of CCC's delivery plan for Rebuilding Ireland as approved by Government in July 2016, although this procurement process may include schemes that will be delivered beyond the lifetime of Rebuilding Ireland. CCC proposes to deliver both social, affordable and mixed tenure schemes in delivery of its housing programme for the coming years and therefore invites proposals from candidates which can deliver social, affordable, or mixed tenure schemes, to include new build construction, conversion of existing buildings, or a scheme which forms part of a larger development. Affordable or mixed tenure schemes may include provision for cost-rental delivery in partnership with an Approved Housing Body. The Council through a competitive dialogue procedure wishes to identify suitable candidates to contribute to the delivery of the CCCHP. Provide site, design, obtain planning permission and deliver 100 No or more housing units, which could also be a section of a larger scheme. Provide site, design, obtain planning permission and deliver between 21 No and 99 No housing units, which could also be a section of a larger scheme. Provide site, design, obtain planning permission and deliver between 6 No and 20 No housing units. Provide site, design, obtain planning permission and deliver less than 6 No housing units. Provide site with planning permission and deliver 100 No or more housing units, which could also be a section of a larger scheme. Provide site with planning permission and deliver between 21 No and 99 No housing units, which could also be a section of a larger scheme. Provide site with planning permission and deliver between 6 No and 20 No housing units. Provide site with planning permission and deliver less than 6 No housing units. Provide site with partially finished housing units and finish out and deliver the scheme Provide site with existing housing units requiring refurbishment to finish out the scheme. Provide site with existing residential, non-residential, commercial or industrial buildings to convert in to housing units.
