Tender description
To provide a pre-paid card system to Wirral Local Authority. Pre-paid cards are now offered as an alternative payment method for people receiving a Direct Payment. The LA want to increase the number of people receiving a Direct Payment to be issued with Pre-paid cards and will be promoting this through the operational teams. Pre-paid cards are also issued to Appointees, Court of Protection, Children's DP and Managed Accounts clients. To allow for the potential additional numbers, a 20% increase per year has been included in the budget. Contract length - 2 year + 1 + 1
