Tender description

This invitation to tender was for organisations who wish to tender for the supply and delivery of commercial heating and ventilation materials to Cardiff Council for a term of two years, with an option by the Council to extend for a further one year. The procurement was run through an Open Tender Process. The Council was looking for a supplier who could provide an agreed range of Commercial Heating and Ventilation materials. The successful supplier had to be able to offer all of the materials listed, as well as the following collection/ delivery options: — holding a stock of items that will be available for collection as and when required, — delivery direct to Council operatives at their actual workplace within Cardiff’s boundaries, i.e. kerbside and specific site delivery. The Council was looking for a supplier who could provide an agreed range of Commercial Heating and Ventilation materials. The successful supplier had to be able to offer all of the materials listed, as well as the following collection/ delivery options: — holding a stock of items that will be available for collection as and when required, — delivery direct to Council operatives at their actual workplace within Cardiff’s boundaries, i.e. kerbside and specific site delivery. This contract has been awarded to the organisation who best meets the requirements needed to supply and deliver Commercial Heating and Ventilation Materials to Cardiff Council.
