An update to the existing waste evidence base report (2015) is required and will form part of the evidence base for the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan Review. The Council requires evidence on the sustainability and capacity of the borough's waste management facilities, and whether they are able to accommodate potential outcomes of differing levels of housing and employment growth within the Plan period. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
