Tender description

The Northern Lighthouse utilised G-Cloud 9 Framework in September 2018 to appoint Delta e- sourcing to provide the software for NLB to ensure that we had a compliant e-Procurement system in place covering; Tender Manager Quick Call Supplier Manager Workspace Manager NLB would now like to appoint Delta for up to a further five years, the agreement will have an optional break clause after the first three years in the event that NLB wish to terminate and or consider any requirements to move onto a Centralised System that DfT may have such as Jaeger. Within the last two years NLB Procurement Staff have developed a good knowledge of the system and have trained various internal staff on using the evaluation tools that have ensured the evaluation process is completed electronically and this has been very beneficial with staff working remotely as an impact of COVID and ensuring that there are no delays with the Procurement Process - Additional benefit has been the reduction in paper copies being utilised throughout NLB.
