DInfoCom/0161 - Provision of CADUCEUS TNA for R SIGNAL Reserves

Project CADUCEUS has embarked upon a change programme that, in part, aspires to deliver modern, capability aligned career model that builds a professionally focussed workforce with modern relevant competence. Commensurate with the whole force approach, the Reserve training pathways must be reviewed and updated to reflect those defined under the CADUCEUS R SIGNALS Career Model 2020 (RSCM). The D Info CADUCEUS team requires the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the R SIGNALS (Reserve) learning and development requirements, as part of the R SIGNALS Career Model 2020 (RSCM) to be reviewed. This will enable the R SIGNALS (Reserve) to develop career streams and a professionally focussed technical management and leadership structure to better deliver Information Manoeuvre supporting the Master of Signals Vision for the R SIGNALS. It will allow our Reserve soldier leadership to develop common skills and undertake functional training ready for employment in a diverse set of roles across R SIGNALS.
