As part of the Council’s strategy to maximise the independence of Kingston residents, the Council procured a Change Partner to manage the delivery of a proof of concept for Technology Enabled Care (TEC) within long term care settings in Adult Social Care. The contract for these services has been commissioned using the open procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The duration of the contract is for 12 months and the Authority may extend this Agreement by two further extension periods of 12 months each, creating a contract for a maximum length of 3 years.
