Tender description

London Borough of Barnet (LBB) on behalf of the West Hendon Partnership Board (the Client), is seeking to appoint an Independent Community Advisor to help residents navigate the regeneration process and make plans for the future of community activities on and around the West Hendon estate. LBB intends to award a contract to the successful tenderer for a period of 18 months, with an option extension period of 6 months subject to performance and budget. The appointment will be subject to review a 6 months following initial "probationary" period which will include a 3 month notice period. It should be noted that the service will undergo a review at 12 months to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the Client and to confirm value for money expenditure against budget.
