Trust H.A Gutter Cleaning and Repairs 2020 to 2021

Tender description

The work comprises the routine cleaning and repairs of gutters for a one-year period, with option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further three years. Additional properties may also be incorporated into the Contract at the Association’s discretion. Lot 1: It is Trust Housing Association’s intention to enter a one-year contract with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further three years with a single Contractor, for the provision of gutter cleaning and gutter repair works. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
