Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) is an application we have been using to schedule field-based repairs jobs dynamically in order to optimise the use of our resources. The solution allows us to blend appointed, planned and responsive, last-minute work across our field-based workforce, creating an integrated plan and schedule. This helps ensure that our teams can meet all customer commitments, delivering excellent customer service, keeping travel time and costs to a minimum, and ensuring more tasks are completed in a single day.
