Tender description

The work comprises the routine cleaning and repairs of gutters for a 1-year period, with option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 3 years. Additional properties may also be incorporated into the contract at the Association’s discretion. It is Trust Housing Association’s intention to enter a 1-year contract with an option to extend the contract on a yearly basis for a further 3 years with a single contractor, for the provision of gutter cleaning and gutter repair works.
