This contract is for 5 years with the possibility of a 5-year contract extension, this should reflect Housing 21’s desire to develop a long term collaborative contract. Housing 21 will work the selected supplier to incorporate installation of automated doors if required during the contract term (this is not an exclusive arrangement).
