Tender description

The London Borough of Sutton (LBS) owns a Living Wall on Sutton High Street and requires this to be maintained. The Living Wall is located in 78-82 Sutton High street, on the first floor of Wilkinson's. The successful company will carry out the maintenance of the Living Wall and associated irrigation system from 29th January 2021 to 31st March 2026. There will be a break clause in the contract three years after the start date which can be taken up by either party with a minimum of a three month notice period required.
