<p>Gentoo Group Ltd (Gentoo) seeks to appoint up to Four Contractors (one per lot) to provide inspection, testing, servicing and planned / reactive maintenance of fire-related systems in relation to various properties owned and managed by Gentoo. &bull; Lot 1 &ndash; Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Auto Opening Vents, Sprinkler Systems &bull; Lot 2 &ndash; Fire Extinguishers and Fire Blankets, Wet and Dry Risers, Fire Dampers &amp; Refuse Chutes, Fire Hydrants, Fire Suppression System &bull; Lot 3 &ndash; Automatic Doors &bull; Lot 4 &ndash; Fire Door Inspections (Periodic) The Contracts will be undertaken on a &ldquo;Supply and Install&rdquo; basis.
