DCMS wishes to tender for a research project designed to help DCMS understand the impacts on the UK cultural sector and wider public from UK arts organisations engaging in international cultural networks and partnerships, evidence of these impacts and the barriers to effective international partnerships. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
