Adult Education: delivery of training and support to young people (16-19) through partner organisations

Cornwall Council's Adult Education service wish to enhance the delivery of training and support to young people (16-19) through partner organisations. The partners will offer accessible and community training venues, vocational training opportunities which complement rather than duplicate those of Adult Education, and support for individuals (including high needs support). This vocational training is known as Programmes of Study. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/16-to-19-study-programmes-guide-for-providers/16-to-19-study-programmes-guidance-2019-to-2020-academic-year Lot 1: Cornwall Council Adult Education (CAE) is seeking suitable providers to deliver high quality learning opportunities leading to qualifications which are funded by the UK Education and Skills funding Agency for 16-18 learners and those aged 16-25 with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs), including Supported Internships. CAE only contracts out to providers who can offer learning opportunities not already delivered by CAE itself and which are aligned with our mission. All providers must comply with the Education & Skills Funding Agency Funding guidance for young people.
