Supply and Installation of AV Equipment

HSE is seeking a supplier who can provide and install AV equipment in their head office. Details of needs can be found within Schedule A. Please note, HSE may require two of each item within the specification. 1 set will be guaranteed to be delivered/installed within our head office in Bootle, and 1 set may possibly be needed within our Buxton office depending on costs and final budgetary approval. Please can any suppliers also include a schematic design diagram of their proposed set up Can you also provide details of their SLAs please for maintenance and fault fixing arrangements? HSE would prefer same day call out and preferably within a 4 hour window if this is possible.
