The University of Derby is seeing a range of end point assessment organisations for its teacher apprentices. This will consist of a maximum of 8 providers on a framework agreement basis who will be appointed in conjunction with employers. The framework will be for a 4 year period. Potential assessors must be registered on the Government Register of end-point assessment organisations. This will consist of a maximum of 8 providers on a framework agreement basis who will be appointed in conjuction with employers. The framework will be for a 4 year period. Potential assessors must be registered on the Government Register of end-point assessment organisations. Pricing for the endpoint assessments must be within 20 % of the funding band, currently this equates to GBP 1 800 per apprentice. As estimated 20-40 apprentices will require assessment each year. The next full cohort is expected to complete in October 2021.
