Refurbishment Works Framework Agreement

Tender description

A2D is procuring a framework agreement for a programme of remedial works, including fire safety. The Framework is for new installation, repair, replacement, adaptation and improvement of properties, blocks and commercial units. This may include but is not limited to the structure, external envelope, any internal and external areas and components including any mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems. Lot 1: Architect Led Projects Client appointed Architect will lead these projects and take responsibilty for the design throughout works for approximately 35,000 properties Lot 2: Design and Build/Novation Projects Contractor will either undertake works as a Design & Build or the design responsibility will be novated from an Architect for approximately 35,000 properties
