NHS England is inviting bids for a supplier to undertake evaluation of The Maternity Safety Support Programme (MSSP). \ Phase 1 of the MSSP has already been evaluated internally by NHSEI. As Phase 2 begins, we now want to commission an external party to:\ • Undertake an initial process evaluation, to ensure that the MSSP's Phase 2 structures and implementation will enable successful realisation of the programme's objectives.\ • Develop an evaluation framework and plan to guide further evaluation of Phase 2 that will take place in the 2021/22 financial year.\ The expectation is to have this work completed by the end of March 2021. - The deadline for clarification questions is 21/01/21 at 12.00pm.\ \ Responses to the clarification questions will be sent out, no later than 48 business hours after the deadline. \ - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA296518.
