Neilston Learning Campus

Tender description

Within the next 6 months East Renfrewshire Council will be going to market with a works contract for a new school campus at Neilston village . The council is currently seeking to engage with Tier 1 contractors with experience of education campus projects in relation to its phasing strategy for this project to get their views on this as part of a market engagement exercise. This PIN notice is designed for market engagement purposes and is to ensure the council conducts this inline with the regulations. Currie & Brown UK Limited as the appointed Project Manager and Multi Disciplinary design team are currently working in partnership with East Renfrewshire Council on the design and preparing of documentation to bring the construction element of this project to market. Include with this PIN notice are phasing strategy slides developed during RIBA Stage 2, feedback is sought from Tier 1 contractors with previous experience of delivering new build education campuses for each Phase – from Enabling through Phases 1 to 7. For each Phase, we request Tier 1 contract please comment on: -site logistics -Health and safety -Minimising disruption to the learning experience -Risk -Opportunities -Potential adjustment to Phasing to benefit overall delivery.
