Triangle Housing are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake multi-element improvement works to multiple properties located at Wardem Street, Ballymena. The propereties consist of 1 large supported living scheme, a combination of 14 supported living flats/bunglows as well as one community communal space. Works include but not limited to, _Internally - replacement kitchen, larder, laundry room, shower room, wet room, bathroom, en-suite shower room, toilets and WC’s and assocaited rewireing of these areas within Tower House and Tower Hall. _Externally - refurbishment works to the facades of Tower House, Tower Hall and Tower Court as well as the hardstandings surrounding the buildings. External works include redecoration, replacement of fascia, barge boards and soffits, replacement rainwater goods, replacement external doors and windows and new hardstandings throughout etc.
