Tender description
You are hereby invited by the Library to tender as part of a mini competition run under the Scottish Government framework reference SP-18-010 (Lot 4), for the provision of Legal Services as detailed in Section 4.0. The Library recently ran a mini competition under LOT 6 of the same framework for it’s routine legal services. This was awarded to Anderson Strathern in December 2019 and will run for four years. The Library therefore, is now looking to appoint a suitably qualified, experienced legal advisor under Lot 4 of the above framework agreement, to provide legal services as outlined within the scope for the duration of this contract. The Library Project and Programme Management Policy states that major/capital projects are defined as projects that ‘involve significant investment and risk, and over £250,000 spend on capital items.
