Provision of a 24 Hour Temporary Supported Housing service with move-on units for people aged 16-25 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness and require support in a safe, stable environment. Young People will be supported to learn independent living skills, engage in work, training, education or volunteering and manage their health and wellbeing.
