Framework for the the provision of repairs and Maintenance works and services. Lot 1: Reactive Repairs and Voids Providing reactive repairs and voids works and services to RHA properties across Rhondda Cynon Taff Lot 2: Electrical Installation Condition Reporting (EICR) To conduct RHA@S EICR programme across its stock in RCT Lot 3: Fire Safety To assist RHA in its fire saefty programme, including Fire Risk Assessments, Fire Door Inspections and inspections of fire safety equipment and alarms. Lot 4: Decoration (Internal and External) Tp provide decoration services for RHA's stock across RCT, including internal and external decoration to properties and some blocks, as detailed in the specification. Lot 5: Kitchens and Bathrooms The installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms to RHA stock across RCT as set out in the specification. Lot 6: Windows (Supply and Fit) The supply and fit windows in RHA properties across RCT in accordance with the specification provided. Lot 7: Doors (Supply and Fit) The Supply and Fit of Doors to properties across RCT Lot 8: Physical Adaptations TO Undertake Physical Adaptations as required to properties across RCT.
