Tender description

To provide BEIS with advice on the structure of the development of the Funding Arrangements Plan (FAP) for the SZC Project. Specifically they will advise on the structure of FundCo, incentivisation mechanics and the investment strategy. BEIS would also like GAD to review the draft FAP which will be submitted to BEIS in the new year in advance of this going to the NLFAB.
