Procurement, Commercial and Sustainable Training Framework

The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Procurement, Commercial and Sustainable Training Framework. Lot 1: Procurement and Commercial Training Scottish Government places a high focus on its people and the overall vision of the our People Strategy can be summed up as, “Having the right people, in the right place, with the right skills, at the right time.” We continue to invest in building capability and skills for procurement to ensure that officials have the necessary skills so that public procurement spend is used in a business friendly, socially responsible and legally compliant manner to deliver genuine public value outcomes balancing cost, quality and sustainability. We require a training and development framework to provide Scottish Government and other public bodies with tailored learning and development, grounded in the Scottish public procurement context, to build capability. Lot 2: Sustainable and Climate Change Procurement Training.
