Tender description

The Scottish Government, on behalf of Scottish Ministers, has awarded a contract for primary research activity in the form of an implementation evaluation of the No One Left Behind approach to employability services in Scotland. The evaluation, to be conducted across financial years 2021/22 and 2022/23, will examine the strengths and weaknesses of the No One Left Behind approach with a focus on the design and early delivery period of the approach. As part of this process a component of the evaluation will also seek to better understand the delivery of the Young Person’s Guarantee (Guarantee). This will include a focus on the ways in which Local Employability Partnerships have put to use the Guarantee’s additional funding of employability services under the No One Left Behind framework.
