Tender description

• The removal and disposal off site, of all existing decorative mouldings at the head of windows and doors. Subsequent replacement of decorative mouldings by specialist contractor with GRC mouldings. • Treatment of the exterior walls, including boundary walls and capping with a fungicidal wash and subsequently prime and painted. • Removal and disposal off site of the existing soffit, fascia and decorative trusses from the North East (Side Elevation) of the building. Installation of new soffit, fascia and decorative trusses to match existing. • Removal and cleaning of all gutters and downpipes to be set aside for reuse on completion of painting. • Sanding, priming and painting of all soffit, fascia and decorative trusses. • Removal of all window sashes, sanding, priming and painting of all sashes and frames. Recalibration of window spiral balances and reinstallation of window sashes on completion of painting. • Removal and disposal off site of a section of carbon steel railings. Fabrication and installation of new railings to match existing. • All slates, valleys, gutters, downpipes, flat roofs and roof light to be cleaned thoroughly. • Fleur de Lis roof finials to be cleaned. • Patio slabs to the rear of the property to be power washed to remove, dirt, debris and moss. • Vegetation adhering to the rear and side elevation of the property to be removed. • Painting of individual metal lettering forming signage on the front elevation of the building. • Removal and replacement of Courthouse Signage on the front and side elevation of the building to match existing. Removal and replacement of the Heritage sign on the rear elevation to match existing.
