Tender description

The GMC is looking for an organisation to provide us with an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for all our staff. We are committed to fostering a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion in everything we do as a regulator and employer and we would like to find an organisation that can provide an expert and flexible approach whilst delivering a high quality service that meets the growing diverse need of the GMC. We are looking for a confidential, professional and independent providers that will enable us to help staff members with personal or workplace issues that may be impacting their performance, wellbeing, mental or physical health.
