Tender description
The States of Guernsey’s current SAP ECC implementation moves out of support in 2027. The current plan is to take advantage of the new functional opportunities SAP S/4Hana offers and use the deployment to underpin the States’ wider digital strategy. There is a developing preference for a greenfield implementation over brownfield and the work will need to be heavily focused on management of business change to secure successful business adoption. The States does not currently have either the S/4Hana migration skills or the programme/management of change capacity to run a successful implementation. The States intends to commission support from a suitably qualified organisation to develop options and carry out discovery work during 2022.
