Close & Window Cleaning Services

Tender description

The Association is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake the cleaning of various closes within its stock which is situated throughout Clackmannanshire and West Fife. The successful contractor will be expected to provide full cleaning services to common closes, including windows. These duties will include, but not be limited to: Removal of rubbish, small items from stairwells and common areas prior to cleaning; Cleaning down of all floors, walls, windows and fittings within stairwells; Cleaning both internally and externally, all windows within closes. Award of the services will be based on a combined score for your Quality Assessment (30%) and Bill of Quantities (60%) and Interview (10%).
