CA285 Price Control Support: Economic, Engineering, Low Carbon Technology and Climate

Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to establish Framework Arrangements for the provision of Price Control Support: Economic, Engineering, Low Carbon Technology and Climate Change Consultancy. The Framework Agreements will be for a period of three (3) years with an option, exercisable entirely at the discretion of the Contracting Entity and subject to the terms of the Framework Agreements, to extend by a further optional period of up to two (2) years, with a total potential duration of five (5) years. Lot 1: Economic/Financial/Regulation Strategy NIE Networks anticipates that advice and assistance may be required in respect of Economic / Financial / Regulation Strategy Lot 2: Lot 2 - Low Carbon Technology Forecasting NIE Networks will require the advisors to assist when working on the following work areas / topics: • global level LCT; • local level (LCT and normal demand including projected demand connections); Lot 3: Lot 3 - Engineering / (Techno-Economic) specialist advisers NIE Networks require Engineering / (Techno-Economic) specialist advisers
