Tender description

To design, manufacture, install and commission an automated nailing station integrated into the existing breadboard assembly line. This nailing station will automatically nail the MDF backing boards to assembled frames as they exit the existing line. The nailing station will have the following specification: 1 station linked by conveyor to existing system. Adjustable to nail frames ranging in size from 580-680mm by 760-890mm. Manually adjustable, automated squaring system to square boards prior to nailing. Minimum production rate of 7 cycles per minute, 420 trays per hour. 24# nails per tray. Manually reconfigurable for different size trays. Maximum assembled tray weight 3kg. Move existing tray catching unit to outflow of conveyor on nailing unit. Provide training on-site as required to operate the machine with full technical backup. Nailing station integration into existing line will be CE certified.
