YPO, in partnership with London Borough of Islington Council, are currently working with public sector organisations and suppliers to develop a nationwide framework for Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programmes & Associated Services. YPO are seeking to create a solution which will allow Contracting Authorities to procure the services they require to support their employees and meet all necessary obligations. Lot 1: YPO are a public sector buying organisation, we manage an array of frameworks for a variety of services and products. Public sector organisations utilise our frameworks as a compliant route to market to award contracts which meet their requirements. YPO are seeking to undertake engagement with suppliers in this market to understand the key elements of the market and the support a nationwide framework can provide. Public sector organisations require support to deliver occupational health and associated services to their employees, we envisage that our framework will incorporate all services required. The current proposed structure is as follows: • Occupational Health Services o A service focused on reducing employee sickness, addressing work-related ill-health and promoting employee well-being. • Employee Assistance Programmes o A service to ensure organisations meet obligations in respect of employee health • Associated Services o All other services associated with occupational health, likely to be required on an ad hoc basis, including alcohol and drug testing, vaccination programmes and so on.
