The tender was to establish a framework of providers that would be able to carry out Service, Maintenance and Installation works within a specific lot under the framework. The Framework consists of the following lots STAIRLIFTS VERTICAL, PLATFORM AND STEP LIFTS HOISTS PASSENGER LIFTS COMMERCIAL PASSENGER LIFTS MINI COMPETITIONS This notice is to inform the market of the award of the Framework Lot 1: The supply and installation of stair lifts The supply and installation of stair lifts Lot 2: The service, maintenance, repair and removal of stair lifts The service, maintenance, repair and removal of stair lifts Lot 3: The supply and installation of vertical, platform and step lifts The supply and installation of vertical, platform and step lifts Lot 4: The service, maintenance, repair and removal vertical, platform and step lifts The service, maintenance, repair and removal vertical, platform and step lifts Lot 5: The supply and installation of hoists The supply and installation of hoists Lot 6: The service, maintenance, repair and removal of hoists The service, maintenance, repair and removal of hoists Lot 7: The Supply and Installation of Passenger Lifts The Supply and Installation of Passenger Lifts Lot 8: The Service, Maintenance and Repair of Passenger Lifts The Service, Maintenance and Repair of Passenger Lifts Lot 9: The Supply and Installation of Commercial Passenger Lifts The Supply and Installation of Commercial Passenger Lifts Lot 10: The Service, Maintenance and Repair of Commercial Passenger Lifts The Service, Maintenance and Repair of Commercial Passenger Lifts Lot 11: Mini Competitions Lots The contractors awarded onto the installation Lots (Lot 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9) for this arrangement will automatically be placed into Lot 11 – Mini Competition. Lot 11 will be utilised when the Authority has a requirement for the purchase of a bespoke piece of lifting equipment. In the event that the Authority requires to use this Lot a specification will be issued as a mini competition tender process to all of the suppliers on Lot 11. The supplier who submits the lowest cost bid to specification will then be awarded the package of work. Please note, bidders cannot apply for this lot, but will be accepted in line with the methodology stated above.
