Before launching a procurement procedure, NI Water are issuing this RFI as a general market enquiry to identify and engage with service providers who can deliver management development services for NI Water. This RFI is a formal Pre-Market Engagement (PME) exercise. Some of the objectives of this Pre-Market Engagement (PME) Exercise include; make suppliers aware of NI Water’s current environment and need for management development services; obtain supplier views on this opportunity to enable NI Water to critically assess the viability of the approach.
