The Health Board, via the Records Management Framework, has committed to a systematic and planned approach to the secure and effective management of all records within the organisation, particularly patients’ records. It takes its responsibility towards patient confidentiality seriously. The requirement is for the development of a strategic business case with options for consideration to support the Digitisation of paper health records.
