- Work with MKH partners to scope the Operational Business Model for the project - Develop and structure the Project’s approach to Innovation, Clustering and Business Support - Scope and identify Business Case components - Work on the economic benefits aspects, also bringing updates to previous work where necessary - Prepare a high-level Project Appraisal and Funding Model based on available information, work with Peel to prepare any gaps in high level project knowledge, and provide any ‘added value’ revenue streams - Consider any other aspect of project development to progress Full Business Case level for external funding a. Demonstration of a deliverable and realistic scheme in terms of operation, budget, structure, state aid, programme, constraints and dependencies
