The design and construction of 40 residential affordable dwellings together with infrastructure and external works in compliance with Planning and Building Regs Lot 1: The procurement of a main contractor to undertake the new build construction works of 40 residential dwellings, together with all associated infrastructure works and external works. The contractor will have experience in delivering projects of this size and will have experience in providing innovative carbon net zero solutions to the design and construction.
