Tender description

The Services to be provided are outlined below: • Provide access to the LMS including native application for mobile enablement • Provide integration of the system to integrate with Raven HR Systems • To implement the system as per implementation Approach document (Appendix A) • Provide advisory support with communication strategy to ensure system is embedded and adopted by Raven employees • Provide ongoing support to Raven including: o development of employee role-defined learner journey profiles o Support with mapping content to the profiles o Advisory support with adding content o Provision of support in supplying management information o Ongoing access to support team The Services and the associated Charges are based on: 320 Employees
