Tender description
AFBI wish to undertake a three-phase holistic review and restructure of the existing waste and resource management structure, with the overarching objective of delivery of a fit-for-purpose function which ensures: • AFBI’s legal compliance • Embraces the ‘circular economy’ and transitions the Institute from waste management and disposal to proactive resource efficiency AFBI wish to engage a Contractor to undertake an external review of AFBI’s waste management structures under Phase 1 of the programme and to provide partial support during Phases 2 and 3.
