COP26 has highlighted the need for action to meet the UK Government goals of halving carbon emissions by 2030 and achieving Net-Zero by 2050. SMEs can play a significant part in the action required. Combined with this, SMEs who have the knowledge to deliver carbon reducing change in their organisation will be more sustainable and win more business. This tender is for the delivery of SME Carbon Reduction Support and Training, which will add value to existing provision across North and Mid Essex, enabling more capacity into the system and targeted support. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
