Fire Rated Flat Entrance Door Replacement Programme, John Scur House

Tender description

The Employer, Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH), wishes to undertake replacement works to fire rated front entrance flat doors (FED's) at John Scurr House, Ratcliffe Lane, E14 7JF. THCH is offering a buy in scheme to leaseholder properties within John Scurr and various blocks within their stock noted within TD005, Pricing Document & Works Address List. The project will include all associated works such as relocating services which may be installed through door frames etc as well as the removal and disposal of metal security gates/grilles. The Employer is seeking the services of a competent, experienced, and capable Principal Contractor to carry out these works. Please note leaseholder opt in doors are provisional to the contract. Tenderers are to provide the preliminaries value (Column L) associated with the installation of each door in the appropriate tab. In the event that leaseholder doors are not instructed, the full value of each door including the preliminaries will be omitted from the contract.
