Bidders are invited to tender for the supply of an Enforcement Agent Debt Recovery software system to be used by the Anglia Revenues Partnership (ARP), and other parties that ARP are providing an enforcement agent services to. ARP consists of five named Local Authorities: - Breckland District Council - East Cambridgeshire District Council - Fenland District Council - East Suffolk Council - West Suffolk Council ARP are also providing an enforcement agent service to Norwich City Council and South Norfolk District Council. ARP aspires to continually add partners to join the service. The successful supplier must have the ability to take on additional caseload if it is required.
