Breast Screening Round Length Planning (RFI)

Tender description

NHS Digital is working in partnership with NHS England and NHS Improvement and NHSX to support the national Breast Screening Programme by delivering a digital solution for the Breast Screening Round Length Planning (RLP) process. Breast screening services need to produce a round length plan to ensure all eligible people are invited for screening in line with national programme standards and metrics. A standardised national digital solution will build, visualise and forecast an accurate and inclusive plan that can support changes to demand and capacity. The solution will reduce the risk of manual processes and admin burden on staff, and it will support increasing consistency, and efficiency. The resulting data will provide an ability to monitor progress operationally.
